Insurance

I am in-network with most major insurance companies in Minnesota. I may also be able to work with some other plans on an out-of-network basis. If you plan to use insurance, it is necessary for you to verify your benefit details prior to starting therapy.

Prepaid Details

If paid for separately, the total cost of an intake followed by two regular sessions would amount to $420; three regular sessions purchased separately would amount to $390. When you prepay for a package of three sessions, your total out-of-pocket expense is reduced by a $110.

Clients who discontinue therapy before using all prepaid sessions will be refunded for the cost of the specific unused session(s) upon request.

Standard Fees

My standard fees for typical services are listed below. I accept both private pay and insurance. Clients paying privately are responsible for the full session fee unless using the prepaid option noted below. Clients using insurance may only have to pay a small copay or coinsurance at each visit, unless there is a deductible to meet under their policy.

Prepaid Session Discounts for Clients Paying Privately

There can be several advantages to paying privately. For example, if you pay out-of-pocket you are eligible for a reduced rate when you pay in advance for a package of three sessions.

Another advantage of prepayment is that I will waive any late cancellation or no-show fees if the appointment is rescheduled for a date within 10 days of the original session. Normally, the no-show/late cancellation fee is equal fifty percent of the cost of the session ($80 for intakes and $65 for regular sessions).
